    1. you have to exercise, plain and simple . . . eat your vegetables, moniter your carb intake each day so that you dont spike your insulin levels (that causes the blood to store that un-used sugar in your liver and fat cells, which is how "carbs" make you fat). If you follow Melissa Benders workouts, your entire body will be more toned but your nutrition is the major part of your transformation. workout and eat good. look at her recipes . . .

  10. I know this is going to sound weird but I'm a highschooler going into 11th grade, and you have no idea how happy I am to find this!!! I have to tone up and get ready for soccer season and I think this will be perfect. I love it, thanks!

    1. That doesn't sound weird at all! These exercises are great cross training for any sport, especially the speed and endurance you need for soccer. :)

  14. Hi Melissa. I am a very out of shape mom of 5. I am 10 lbs overweight(which I want gone) but more than anything, my muscles are dead. I started your beginner workout yesterday and did it again this morning. Is there a beginner program that you have listed that I didn't see? My abs hurt from yesterday and was wondering what I should do everyday, the same program or change every other day, etc. Thanks for your great videos.

    1. I just saw the program listed about that says up to 10 reps...does that mean I should do them all 1 time first and then repeat or does it mean to do 10 of each in order? Sorry...I am not an exerciser and would love to have my kids start a program like this too. Thanks!
