  2. Melissa,

    I came across your workouts on youtube. I do a lot of running as well as other fitness workouts. With that being said, your workouts are amazing. Is there any advice you can provide in terms of how to remain consistent with diet as well as exercise? I am consistent with my daily routines, although I tend to lack the consistency with diet. Thank you for sharing your amazing workouts with everyone.

  4. well this is my second day i'm really hoping that i can continue with the workouts they are killing me right now, i really need to loose about 50 lbs and i'm always tired so hopefully by exercising it will give me some energies too, so after this workout videos do i need to do cardio or can i just do the videos?

  5. Hi Melissa. I'm so happy I found your site. I am a 36 year old mother to 6 month old twin girls ( actually had a triplet pregnancy,but lost one of my sweet girls at 26 weeks). Before my pregnancy I was an active person, running mostly. Very early in my pregnancy my doctors restricted any excercise and I was put in the hospital for 2 1/2 months until the end of my pregnancy and was only allowed to move by wheelchair. On top of everything else I had a c section. 14 months with no exercise, a 65lb weight gain and ab muscles cut in half........needless to say my endurance is 0 and my muscle atrophy is horrible!!! Now 6 months after delivery I feel ok to start exercising again. I've done 3 days of your beginner workouts and can really feel them. Tomorrow I am going to start your 30 day challenge. I have taken before photos but won't post until I can see a difference. Thank you so much for posting workouts that Moms like me can do at home. I will keep you updated.

  6. started very late but up to day 9 today...I'm starting to feel the difference already, just in terms of the energy I need to work at nights on my radio programme (which I do most nights after I come home from my day job). I hope I'll make it through to the end but I'll be checking in via twitter. Great job all for sticking with it! Melissa is the bestest! :-)

  15. I can't tell you how thankful I am for this website! I cannot believe all the available information, links, recipes, etc. I am finding something new every night! And the workouts- wow! I started the 30 day fitness challenge as an add on to my regular gym sessions and OMG- I am sweating when they are over! From someone who owns over 300 fitness DVDs I can honestly say I am enjoying your workouts more than any I have purchased in YEARS! Thanks you so much- you are truly an inspiration and a gift to us looking to improve our health song get into the best shape possible! I look forward to completing your 30 days of fitness and moving onto your other rotations as well... Again a THANK YOU!!

  16. I'm on day 10 of this workout challenge, and you are totally kicking my butt! There have been a couple of days I could barely walk because I was so sore! I started at 2.5 months postpartum, and I'm hoping this challenge will get me started on getting rid of the baby weight I'm still carrying.

  19. Hey, so I'm a runner but need to start incorporating some HIIT into my routine along with some weight training. I presume the workouts should serve as a supplement to my runs, or should they replace a workout/run? Just curious what your thoughts are! :)

    I was wondering that how much weight will it help losing. I need to lose about 10 lbs. I do every workout once and 30 minutes walking.

  21. Thank you Melissa! I just completed this challenge yesterday! It was awesome! I only did one round each day but I am also doing a 30 min a day 8 week program as well and this was my extra credit but it was more challenging than my program and helped me push myself harder! :) I am starting your 12 week bikini prep today! I am excited for the challenge! Have a great day!

  22. Hello Melissa i was just wondering u say u have never went to a gym..that u always workout at home..so u got fit doing your workouts n with a clean diet? I was just wondering cuz i quit going to the gym cuz i had been going for about 10 months now n just see small changes..im not that over weight just want to loose 10 lbs..hopefullly with your workouts i can achieve that goal..how many times should i repeat your videos for weight lost?

  23. I finished the 30 day challenge today and cannot wait to start a new one!!I I absolutely love this way of training and highly doubt that I will go back to working out any other way! I was a little doubtful that working out as little as 15 minutes a day could be effective, but I can attest after being diligent for 30 days, that it is absolutely effective. I feel much leaner through the mid section and overall toned. I have become a fan of jumping rope and am growing to love froggers! I love that you are sometimes struggling to get through the moves just as we are at home. Thank you for sharing your gift and what you do best, Looking forward to much more from you!!

  25. Thank you SO MUCH for putting this together.
    I just completed Day 30 and am feeling fit...and more disciplined, than ever before.
    It did take me 58 days to do the challenge. I had 16 days of vacation in there. I took my workout clothes (ha, ha, ha) but didn't actually turn on a video. Still, the vacation days were beyond the 'active rest' days...did a lot of hiking, and climbing.
    I'm starting the next challenge tomorrow and expect to do it in a more timely manner, but am very proud of myself for finishing this.
    Some days when you said: "You can repeat this if you like." I just laughed and laughed. These workouts are, definitely, challenging for me. But I like that: challenge beats boredom every day, and the challenge shows in my muscle tone.
    Thanks for all that you do!

  26. So far I am on day 8 as of today, haven't missed a day I do two of your workouts per day and I am down 2lbs in 1 week and can tell the difference in my belly! I absolutely love your website its so helpful and real!! I cant wait to see where I am in the full 30 days!!!!

  30. I started yesterday and day 2 i was going to go and do it a second time but i am already sore. I was wondering will it change my body only doing the video once because i have heard you don't start losing weight until you hit the 30min + mark and was wondering if that is true. I am skinny fat so I am trying to build muscle and tone my booty and make some abs. I just had a baby 7 months ago so i am trying to get back my abs. I have cleaned up my diet and eat well now and drink mainly water with some unsweetened tea every now and then.

    I'm doing your exercises, but I feel much difficulty in doing some who use the arms to support the body. I need to make weight prior to having strong arms?

  36. Thanks for everything you do Melissa. I'm a personal trainer but I prefer to follow other trainer's workouts and I love yours. They're challenging and effective in a short amount of time. No one needs to workout for 2 hours at the gym to have the body they want. Thanks again!

  37. How much cardio do you typically do with a workout? I am a runner (3 runs - 20- 25 miles a week) and am burnt out of it. I'm a little scared to not run as much but my husband says to get on the weights:) Any advise?
