Quick Fit Cardio
Hi Everyone!
Tonight's workout is a quick fat burner. Of course it is repeatable, so you can increase the rounds to increase the intensity and fat burning. It's also an easy one to fit in if you are crunched for time! One round takes less than 8 minutes.
I love short, intense workouts. I am going to be filming an intense workout tomorrow, so prepare to be a weekend warrior!
Enjoy,
Melissa

ReplyDeleteHi Melissa-
ReplyDeleteI'm just finding out about your blog and I think its amazing and so inspirational! i cannot wait to start your workouts!! I had a question and needed your thoughts on it. Soooo I've been working out 6 days a week for the past 2 months, running 3 miles 5 days a week and switching between upper and body workouts every other day. I've revamped my diet, eating no processed foods, nothing bad, cooking a LOT and eating lots of healthy fats and fish, chicken. so, i haven't seen much results. i'm 5'8" weight 147 and i haven't seen much results, so i'm just curious what I'm doing wrong. my goal is to tone, so i'm going to start doing more interval training to see if that helps. but i was just worried why i haven't seen much results so far. let me know what you think!! thanks!!
Hi Melissa, its March and I am waiting for your new transformation :)
