Tight Tummy at 30 Workout
Hi Everyone!
This is my birthday workout! 30 reps per exercise to celebrate my 30th birthday! I have had an amazing day, and I loved this workout.
I have been sharing my workouts on my blog for almost a year and a half, and I am feeling happier and healthier than ever. It is a really great way to start a new decade of my life.
This is a great core workout. If you are working on your six pack abs, this is a good one to help whittle your waist. It hits all of the muscles of your core, with a focus on the transverse abs.

ReplyDeleteI tried to follow along with this one this morning (ha ha) in honor of your birthday and my wife's the day after yours. I say "tried" because it will take me some time to master some of those exercises! Anyway, it was a challenge, for sure, and a perfect way to celebrate a milestone birthday. Keep up the great work!

ReplyDeleteThank you Melissa for all these workouts. I found your blog through Pinterest and I've loved doing different workouts everyday. I'm a stay at home mom and just had baby# 4 a few months ago. I started running for the first time in my life a month ago and am now up to 5 miles. I was struggling to get an at home workout in because my 3 other kids have a hard time if I have to take the tv to exercise so I love that I can take my iPad anywhere and do one of your workouts. And there's so many I never get bored
