Beginner: 10 reps
Intermediate: 15 reps
Advanced: 20 reps

7. Bridge With Resistance Band Leg Extension (left)
8. Reverse Pushup with Kick

10. Side Plank Leg Lift (left)
11. Weighted Plie
12. Scissor
13. Tricep Leg Lift
14. Back Bend with Heel Pulse (I only did 10 heel pulses for this exercise.)
