30 Day Challenge: Day 10: 15 Minutes to a Tighter Core
Hi Everyone!
It's day 10 of the 30 Day Workout Challenge. This workout is all about the core, and toning the mid-section. It only takes 15 minutes, but it works the core from every angle.
This was my second workout of the day. Jesse and I taught a boot camp class tonight. I really felt today's workout after the 15 minute Cardio Fat Melting workout yesterday. I will film a variation of the boot camp workout we taught, but I wasn't up for another full round tonight. :)
I hope you all enjoy the workout! See you tomorrow for Day 11!
Melissa

I just wanted to tell you these short (mostly intense) workouts are easy for me to fit into my busy scedule. As a working mother this challenge has given me a different outlook on my workouts. I wake up thinking...it's only 20 minutes and I'll be done before coffee's even ready. I haven't missed a day yet wheareas before I would make an excuse because I didn't have 45 minutes so I worked out less! Thanks for changing the way I think about my workouts.
ReplyDeleteGreat workout...as always!
ReplyDeleteGreat workout! I am getting stronger every day! I am doing your new 30 day challenge once I complete this one!~Love your workouts!
ReplyDeleteJust started this 30-day challenge a few days ago (hey, why not) as I was looking for a good work-out to strenghten my core. I have been working really hard with my physio to get over my hip injury and these work-outs are a great way to get back in shape! In fact, I did day 8, 9 and 10 today plus a 3.5k run! I'm feeling high on endorphins right now, it's crazy :)!
ReplyDeletegreat workout! I can feel it in my abs! I couldn't do yesterdays workout b/c of sick kids so I did day 9 and 10 today. wow! I'm sweating! I started this challenge the begging of December this year so that I can keep up a good workout through the holiday season!! Thanks!
