Today’s workout is a mash-up of a brand new exercise challenge, and the No Limits workout. Jesse really wanted to do the No Limits workout from the other day, so I had him go through it on the video, and I taught the new segment. I also repeated the workout along with the new challenge. The addition of the new exercises will really increase the difficulty of the workout.
If you don’t want to repeat the exercises from the other day you can do four sets of the first five exercises.
