  7. I really enjoy your page but could you give me some feedback? I have scoliosis that causes me daily pain all the time. While attempting your yoga workouts I stopped because I cried when noticing how straight you could get your back and I have a hump near my center between shoulder blades. When I sit and have my legs straight out in front of me and try and keep my back straight, not reaching at all, it's painful. Also, when is stand and try and touch my toes I can only reach my shins. Some poses are impossible for me I think. My flexibility is nonexistent. I have some belly fat I would like to lose about 15 lbs. total. Anything would help, and I am aware that abs are made in the kitchen and I'm working on that now. Love your recipes! Thanks!
